The streets will be our brushes, the squares our palattes!
Art Exchange, 2-4pm.
Join us painting cardboard Malevich inspired figures – some of which will be big enough to be worn!
Under the expert guidance of artist Tom Armstrong, we are getting out our brightest colours for an afternoon of painting of geometric shapes. We are going to have great fun as we take inspiration from the heady, idealistic days after the Revolution, when artists such as Malevich and Kandinsky experimented with pure colour and form.
At the end of our afternoon, you and your family will be invited to stay on and take part in a collaborative installation that Malevich would have been proud of!
Suitable for all ages.
Admission Free, all welcome.
