Artist Kacey Wong is visiting from Hong Kong to join us for a discussion on the role of political art today. The talk will explore the artist’s work on show in the MA Curating exhibition ‘(In) Tension: One Country, Two Systems’ and its insightful focus on Hong Kong’s recent Umbrella Movement.
Born in Hong Kong in 1970, Kacey studied architecture, before coming to the UK to complete an MA at Chelsea School of Art.
Kacey Wong will be in conversation with MA Curating student Patricia Hsu, from the School of Philosophy and Art History.
