International Safety Yellow

Inspired by the beloved wayfinding system at London’s  Barbican Centre, Richard DeDomenici proposes laying yellow lines around the University of Essex, demarcating pathways – obvious, whimsical, fantastical – between various important locations on campus, such as the the best café (Lakeside Theatre), the cleanest lavatories and of course the gallery – the best art in the region on your doorstep! Inspired by the university architecture and responding to campus life, Richard will bring the most interesting event on this week!
