As part of the Jim Ede exhibition currently on show at firstsite’s University Space, Director of Kettle’s Yard, Andrew Nairne, will talk about Jim Ede’s collection, why he donated works to the University of Essex, and the expansion plans for Kettle’s Yard.
A great chance to find out more about this extraordinary collector, who with little funding, built up a world renown collection that includes Ben Nicholson, Alfred Wallis and Kit Wood through friendship, barter and exchange.
