Come along and join us in Art Exchange as women from the University of Essex respond to the 100 portraits of women activists by Carolina Caycedo that make up her 6 metre long banner called ‘My Feminine Lineage of Environmental Struggle’ (2018), currently on show in our exhibition ‘When Walls Become Rivers’.
Informal, from the gut, the heart and the head, we are looking forward to this platform for Colchester campus voices that will reveal the depth and breadth of female activists’ contribution to some of the most pressing environmental issues of our day.
